Welcome to Project 400

Welcome to Project 400 and to our website. Project 400 is about communicating the sport of 400 metre running to the Irish public.

With this website we hope to chart the progress of the national team, through preparation and qualification for the 2008 Olympic Games. We hope to feature photos, video, articles and news on this website and we hope you take an interest in us. This is Ireland’s team and we’d love to have your support.

    best of luck lads, lets hope you get the publicity you deserve. It might be an idea to set up a bebo page or mention the project on one of the athletics

    Nice site lads………good idea i have to say!! Finally we get some feed back off the athletes themselves!!! The name is gas sounds like an american military operation or something ;)
