Make sure to pick up a copy of today’s (23rd of December) Sunday Independent. The sports section features an excellent article by sportswriter John O’ Brien about the Project 400 meet up in Dublin last Wednesday week.

The article gives not only a good history of how the project got started, but also an insight into the challenges that athletes face on a daily basis in pursuing their dreams.

The double page spread is enhanced by fantastic photographs by David Conachy and the picture of Dave Gillick is surely worth the price of the paper itself!
