As all of the Project 400 boys are in training at the moment, none of the guys were in action for the AAI Games. A few of the lads will be running in February so we’ll keep you posted on their progress.

Congrats to all the athletes who took part. There were some excellent performances by the junior athletes in the jumps and also by Brian Gregan who produced and excellent 48.58 400m to record the fastest time of the day.

A new athletics website has been launched by John Carew where you can catch the videos from the AAI Games, and an Interview with our own Gordon Kennedy. We wish John and his team the best of luck.
