Paul McKee - Warm Weather Training in South Africa (Part 4)

Last Wednesday was our rest day so we headed to table mountain. Unfortunately it was to cloudy to get the cable car and travel to the very top, but we will try again on monday. We had a nice day out in cape town and got some nice pictures.

On the track things have picked up a bit with a tough speed endurance session in the +30 degrees heat. Myself and Paul Hession again trained together, this time i was chasing him, but at 1-2 meters behind im content that my 2002-2003 speed is coming back!

Looking forward to a recovery session tomorrow, then off to cheer on our training partner Nick Smith compete over 100mts. He looks in good shape, but its early days so ill not promise world records!
