I am of Irish heritage living in America and I'm glad to see the country I love so much has a group of guys gettin ready to challenge some top world competition. I myself am a 200/400 specialist with long jump and javelin in my bag of tricks. I have personal bests of 22.5 and 48.9 respectively and 6.55 meters in long jump. You guys should post your actual workouts so that we can get a chance to see what the real professionals are doing to prepare for Bejing.
