3:04.71 in Namur

It’s all still to play for the Irish 4*400m team after a 3rd place 3:04.71 performance in Namur tonight. While the lads will have wanted a bit more from tonight, a time of 3:04.30 next weekend would see them inch into the top 16 list (as it currently stands).

    Hi guys,

    Well done today! First hurdle is over now and its all about the preparation for next weekend and trying to shave those fractions of seconds off.

    Believe in yourselves and even though we might not be in Estonia next weekend, know that there is a big army of supporters cheering you on from around the globe.
