How Did you get into running: Racing kids in my street. I lived in a culdesac which allowed for a lot of play. when I was beating kids 4 yrs older than me at 6 yrs old my dad entered me into a local 100m under 10 race, in which I finished 3rd.
Interests: Having been a full time athlete the last few years, I have recently founded a business providing personal training in Belfast. I also do sprint and weight lifting training with fellow athletes and local Gaelic and Rugby teams.
I’m a proud Man Utd fan, so I watch a lot of football. I also enjoy going out for dinner and to the cinema, and generally relaxing, taking the dog for walks. Looking forward to my training camp in South Africa, where it would be nice to take a day off and do a safari cruise.
