1/10th of a second???! Are you kidding me, if you guys had ANY competition in that race you'd have done it. I'll be gutted if you don't find another race to get into! The Scottish Cup Tuesday week perhaps. Surely with Gregan or Hession you'll break 3.04- Either way, very Valiant efforts. Well done!

Best of luck to Gordon Kennedy (former AIT man) and the lads.
You might all come down to train on our new Mondo surface track when it is finished in the next few weeks.
Best wishes.

Hi David,
I am delighted to see you training so hard in cold Limerick, it will pay off later in the year. I hope you qualify in the 800 as well as the 4x4, enjoy the Irish 'summer'.
Best wishes,
Margaret.
p.s. I may see you in UL as I will be working there come September.

Hi guys,

Well done today! First hurdle is over now and its all about the preparation for next weekend and trying to shave those fractions of seconds off.

Believe in yourselves and even though we might not be in Estonia next weekend, know that there is a big army of supporters cheering you on from around the globe.

Hi Lads. Best of luck in Namur. The training is done and you're ready to race. Give it everything and you'll run the time you need. The national record is living on borrowed time!

All the best,

Robert
